1) I was instrumental in establishing various Computerize systems :
- Asset Management System (e.g. Computerize Assets Register )
- Client, Coinsurance and Reinsurance Recovery system.
- Client, Agent, Coinsurance and Reinsurance Aging System
MIS Reports for management such as:
- Monthly Branch wise Profit & Loss Account
- Monthly Branch wise Premium Position
- Monthly Expenses Variance Analysis
- Monthly Ratio Analysis ( such as Claim Ratio, Expense Ratio, Recovery Ratio, Premium growth etc.)
- Monthly Branch wise Cash Flow

2) Key role in establishing Company's Tax department, Asset Management department, Budget department and Inter Branch Reconciliation department.

3) Liaison with A.F Ferguson for system re - engineering of Company's systems representing Finance Department.

4) Liaison with IT Department for System migration from Legecy COBOL to latest ORACLE technology.

5) Reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O) .

 Preparation and supervision of Annual & Quarterly accounts as per Companies Ordinance, IAS and IFRS.
 Supervise Annual Audit and liaison with the External and Internal Auditors of the Company.
 Supervise the Income tax and Sales tax Department of the Company and manage the tax function includes:
i. Adherence and compliiance of the tax laws applicable to the Company.
ii. Advising management and employees on various tax issues.
iii. Coordinating the tax consultant in appearing before the income tax department and other appellate forum (Income tax tribunal, High Court and Supreme court) .
iv. Supervise the timely prepation and filing of annual tax return of the company.
v. Supervise the timely submission of monthly, Quartely and annual returns of sales tax and withholding tax of the Company.
vi. Supervise the audit of Income tax department and other legal departments such as EOBI, SESSI and professional tax.
vii. Coordinate with the IT department for any changes required in the tax system.
 Handling all the matters related to Fixed Assets of the company.
 Supervise in :
i. Filing of returns with SECP, IAP, Income Tax Department, Federal Excise Division, State Bank of Pakistan, Federal Bureau of Statistics and other regulatory bodies.
ii. Preparation of Monthly Revenue Accounts & Balance Sheet of all Branches.
iii. Preparation of Branch wise Cash flow statement every month.
iv. Preparation of Aanalytical review position of the company and the major competitors
v. Preparation of MIS reports
vi. Preparation of Multimedia presentation for Management.
vii. Providing required information of the Company to Credit Rating Agency JCR Vis, Insurance Directory of Asia, Graham & whiteside - The Gale Group, Standard & Poor’s and World Insurance Year Book - Financial Time Business.
viii. Preparing Annual Budget of the Company.
ix. Prepartion and Audit of Solvency return of the Company.
 Supervize and Finalize following matters of Foreign Branches (Jeddah & EPZ) :
 Annual & Quarterly accounts.
 Correspondence with banks
 Placement of fixed deposits with Banks.
 Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements and update bank Position of Foreign currency accounts (US$, Saudi Riyal and Pound Sterling account).
 Payments of claim, commission and Reinsurance companies
