Arshad is PMP certified, graduate Civil Engineer & Postgraduate in Operations & Project Management with more than 16 years of professional engineering experience. He is skilled in the design review, RFP, shop drawing reviews, technical correspondence, interface layouts and conflicts solutions, field inspections and field supports, coordination, monitoring, and inspection of project construction/design activities to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with the project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes & standards and is within the budget and schedule, development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of field engineering assignments in a construction project. • Performs field inspections and provides professional field support as
necessary during construction phases.

Supervising Construction activities as per the drawings in line
with the quality & safety standards including the substation
required for the project & its maintenance.
* Site inspection of the works executed as per the drawings &
documents, Project Quality plan, Safety plan etc.
* Preparation of Site inspection reports, electronic check lists
for site inspection & quality inspection checklists.
* RFI & IR conclusion.
* Asset management as per project standards & procedures,
analyzing the damage to the assets.
* Planning the work using the planning software’s like
Primavera, MSP.
* Preparation of technical reports for the quality of NOC’s,
conducting audits of quality & safety procedures as per PQP,
PSP and Standards.
* DPR, DMR & MPR preparation.
* Budget preparation & Scheduling, MCP, Tender documents &
BOQ preparation.
* Conducting Toolbox meetings.
* In charge of the water lines, drainage lines & sewerage lines.
* Chamber construction for the water & electrical lines. Laying
of pipes & embedding with concrete.
* Assuring the quality by testing various building materials like
fine aggregates, Coarse aggregates, Bricks, Concrete cubes,
Steel etc. as per the standards.
* Preparing the Daily Site Report to the H.O & Daily Labor
Report to the Consultants.
* Calibrating all the laboratory testing machines and
maintaining the certificates.
* Maintaining the manufacturers test Certificates of materials
like cement, steel etc.
* Preparing of Joint Measurement Record along with the
consultants and sub-contractor.
Complete execution of the work as per approved drawing &
documents, PQP, PSP & MCP.
* Report writing & preparation of electronic checklists for
quality inspection.
* Preparing DPR, DMR & MPR of the project.
* Preparing RFI & IR.
* Conducting Toolbox meeting.
* Execution of sewerage lines, drainage & water lines.
* Execution of chambers to water lines & electrical lines.
* Arrangement of labors and materials for the work.
* Preparing the Bar Bending Schedule and Daily Site Report.
* Checking and assuring the quality of the work
* Taking measurements and preparing the joint measurement
record along with the client.
