ARABIAN MURJAN CONTRACTING CO. LTD. (AMCCL) (From Jan 2012 - 1, Dec 2012):
AMCCL (formerly known as Jabria Contracting Co. Ltd.) is one of the reputed contractors involved in execution of various projects which include residential compounds, hotels, multi storey buildings, hospitals etc.
Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer - Projects.
Responsibilities:
 HVAC, Plumbing & Fire fighting design review.
 Technical support for the site execution team for the ongoing projects.
 Supervising the preparation of material & shop drawing submittals.
 Preparation of all Mechanical load calculations.
 Mechanical work scheduling in co-ordination with planning engineer.
 Quality control programming.
 Technical follow up and reviews with Consultant/Client.
 Monitoring the work progress of various sites according to the work schedule.
 Preparation of projects status report for higher management.
 Technical review and procurement of major equipment and other bulk materials.
 Reviewing the pre-qualification documents and finalizing the Mechanical works sub-contractors.
 Reviewing the monthly progress payment certificates before submission to the client.

Kingdom's leading consultant involved in design and supervision of various prestigious projects which include multi storey buildings, hospitals, banks, Haram Holy Mosque etc.

Position: Project Engineer - Mechanical.
Responsibilities:
 Complete supervision, Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical systems which included HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting, Zamzam water cooling plant, Escalators, Elevators, Generators, etc. as per ISO standards and procedures at Holy Haram - Makkah Al Mukarramah in co-ordination With SBG.

 Reviewing and recommending specification, material and drawings for modifications relating to preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
 Finalizing and approving materials at site.
 Responding to RFI`S submitted by the contractors.
 Attending weekly coordination meetings with contractors and sub-contractors, work progress meetings, internal team meetings.
 Reviewing and approving the monthly progress payment certificates of the contractors.
 Design and develop forms/formats for the recording of all technical and quality related data.
 Evaluating contractors work performance.
 Evaluating the qualification and work experience for all levels of contractor’s staff.
RASHID ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS (From February 1995 till April 2007):
Leading Consultant involved in the turnkey projects for Royal Families that include palaces and multi storey buildings.

Position: Mechanical Engineer.

 Identifying the deficiencies and ensure that the contract is carried out as per the approved drawings, details, specifications and approved material submittal sheets.
 Rejection and issuance of non conformance reports for the work that did not comply with the contract documents. Propose and recommend corrective measures to the senior site project manager.
 Ensured that all materials and equipments installed on site or fabricated off site were conforming to the contract documents or the material submittal sheets.
 Implementing and dictating the quality of material and workmanship as per project specification and detail books.
 Monitoring the contractor and sub-contractor for timely completion of job.
 Preparing site joint technical reports for the modification & extension and also weekly progress / quality control reports for higher management.
 Design and developed forms/formats for the recording technical and quality related data.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
 Familiar with HVAC designing software HAP 4.1 / BLOCK LOAD 3.
 Testing and commissioning of all HVAC equipment like Chillers, AHUs, RTUs, FCUs, EFUs, Chilled water pumps, Boilers, Humidifiers etc.
 Air and water balancing.
