Working on procurement & acquisition of favorite purchase deals/ contract; negotiating for economic purchase deals.

Leading time calculation & replenishments orders.

Conducting SFDA & Saber follow-up; following up for custom clearance & Freight Forwarding operations.

Managing various functions like sourcing, contract finalization, purchasing, negotiation, all capital purchases, project purchases, consumables and vendor development.
Coordinating with different departments for inventory requirements; planning the inventory and optimizing stocking of materials; coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of the procured materials.

Working in the areas of budget development & tracking, value capture assessment, reporting, and communications as well as leading various corporate-wide and operations-specific initiatives as required.

Identifying procurement needs and establishing strategies for sourcing materials at the lowest total cost; identifying & developing vendors for better price, quality.

Performing spend analysis, supplier assessments and market analysis.

Building a framework of quality standards, procedures & systems and ensuring smooth implementation at the supplier’s end

Promoting cost reduction through negotiations, localization, raw material optimization, vendor base consolidation and second source development.
