• Manage end-to-end vessel accounting operations with strict adherence to shipping industry
standards.
• Lead and supervise the GL tower, ensuring accuracy in accruals, journal entries, payroll, and
reconciliations prior to reporting.
• Review and update vessel cash flows, authorize payments, and monitor unbudgeted costs through
variance analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive balance sheet reviews and fleet liability analysis, ensuring timely month-end
and year-end closures with detailed variance commentary for management.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, manage fund requests, and deliver accurate financial reports
to management and vessel owners.
• Support vessel onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain chart of accounts, and implement
reporting system enhancements.

• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
payroll.
• Balance Sheet & P/L analysis, Reconciliation & MIS.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial optimization.

Responsibilities: -
• Vendor & invoice Management in SAP (S4 HANA) FICO.
• Maintain and manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Issue purchase requests, process purchase orders, manage invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Support vendor registration process & ensure timely payments.
• Analyzing the accuracy of PAX report & Flight register to determine the charges levied.
• Manage monthly, weekly & daily dashboards and provide in-depth analysis through monthly
presentations to higher management.
• Monthly provisioning for expenses contributing to the accuracy of cash flow & MIS
• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

• Scrutinizing PAN India Hotel/Transport services invoices and extracting credit notes against disputed
invoices.
• Maintaining control on GR/IR balances.
• Verification of GL account and Cost Center.
• Bucket-wise aging report analysis and presentation to the higher management on all
outstanding vendor payments.
• Liaising with international GSA vendors on invoice & payment reconciliation.
• Post payment, ensuring that the documents are sent for scanning and filing.
• Resolving Auditor queries in a timely manner.
