Inflowing financial data such as accruals, additions, capitalization, reclassifications, adjustments and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on daily & monthly basis.
Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are recorded properly & reconciled.

End to End In-charge of capital work in progress “Asset Sourcing to Capitalization”, defining project segment in financial system, analyse project progress, payments, manhour, material movement & requisition, risk identification, cleansing, balance confirmation after capitalization adjustments & improving capex efficiency etc.
In-Charge of third-party contracts with regulators (Govt Contracts for Infrastructure development) for legal documents, agreements, terms, expenses classification, payments & revenue recognition for such contracts.
Process Vehicle lease payments under IFRS 16 model.
Process Inter-Company Payments for all shared contracts, planned and unplanned invoices, Issue Invoices over revenue & balance confirmation on monthly basis.
Monthly financial reporting and any other ad-hoc reporting.
Prepare management reports showing actual expenditures versus budget, including variances and the reasons
Assist in the development, implementation and review of controls, policies and procedures relating to budget, accounting, payroll
Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
Task Force Member for ongoing initiatives such as, Finance Transformation and development, Business Continuity Management, Capex Efficiency force, Finance KPI’s for each unit.

Scrutinized Retail loan/exceptional requests submitted to Consumer Finance Committee by the branches and comments on the adequacy of risk enabling the Senior Manager to take prudent decisions
Screened Credit Card applications of customers before obtaining the signature of Manager, Credit Risk
Monitored all advances of local branches and Corporate & Commercial Banking using month-end statements & online system reports to make sure the operation of facilities/loan are in compliance with terms & conditions of sanction
Reviewed exceptional reports i.e., past dues and excess over limits to identify potentially problematic advances and follow up with Retail & Corporate to adopt timely measures
