Banks.

•Maintain and collect cash from franchisee.
•Assist the finance manager at the time of closing
of Books.
•And other task assigned by finance manager.
•Bookkeeping on QuickBooks.
•Create financial documents such as bills, invoice, pay
orders.
•Maintain company Funds flow statements.
•Timely Reconciliation of company banks, Vendors
and debtors and Cash.
•Assist at the time of preparation and submission of
VAT Returns
•Collect the cash from the customer and deposit.
•Reconciliation of Balance Sheet, Profit & loss A/C
and Ledgers.
•Recording all daily financial activities of the company
on Soft Dev.
•Prepared bank and intercompany reconciliation
statements.
•Assist in timely preparation and submission of sales
tax returns.
•Handle company petty cash.
•Prepared expenses sheet on daily basis and report to
finance manager.
•Assist the finance manager at the time of closing of
