Loan Officer's responsibilities involve finding clients, assessing their micro-loan eligibility (creditworthiness, financial needs, capacity), processing applications, managing loan disbursement, and crucially, closely monitoring repayments through regular client/group visits and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with microfinance policies and high collection rates while building client trust
