Duties:

 Handling clients for both import and export shipments as well as providing booking for export shipments.
 Co-coordinating with different desks and providing timely and excellent service to the customers.
 Preparation & passing all type of bill of entry and all related Documentation.
 Controlling transportation and distribution costs.
 Assisting customer with free time, preparing load list and invoices.
 Over all Supervision of Import team (Air & Sea), Export team (Air & Sea), Documentation team.
 Requesting rates from respective Lines/Carrier pricing and quoting it to the customer.
 Applies Certificate of Origin on behalf of the client (if necessary) at Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
 Executing Airway Bill through Calogi Software and Issuing Delivery Order to facilitate Export and Import Air Shipments.
 Being proactive and informing customer to pick the containers within validity, to submit the shipping instructions & informing about the changes in ETA & ETD of their shipments.
 Following up with the customer for clearing the longstanding containers.
 Identify improvement areas & implement adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
 Monitor and ensure the optimal utilization of all company resources.
 Handle the proper documentation of all operation related matters.
 Meeting the custom & port officials, and handling custom & port related issues.
 Verifying the cost of completed job files and prepare the invoices for the same.
 Took initiative and Co-ordinate with various desks (Custom) to develop an in-house system to have smooth issuance of delivery order.

Safe Custody of all Documents:
 Custodian of companies documents and fulfills security measures.
 Keep track records of various confidential documents of the company and segregating into selective
filing system in safe.

Checks of Import & Export goods:
 Tracking and marinating records of every incoming and dispatching good from the company.
 Looking after company equipment and valuables.
 Authorizing all Incoming & Outgoing dispatch record and correspondence with our Import and Export clients.
