• Design review, execution, testing and commissioning of MEP Services specialized in all Electrical system and mechanical services.
• Techno commercial finalization of material as per project specs and project budget
• Analysis of man power requirements and utilization of Site engineers/foremen requirements for job executions
• Preparation of Cash flow chart and deemed follow-up for project requirements.
• Project reporting and supervision of quality control & quality assurance.
• Submissions of drawings and approval follow-ups with Local authority such as DEWA, ETISALAT, DU, RTA
• Expertise in Low Current Services TEL / DATA, CCTV, Access Control System, Home Automation, Lighting control system, CO Sensor
• Specialized in Fire Alarm and Central battery system installation testing and commissioning
• Supervision of Electrical design drafting team as per authority requirements and standards

Job Responsibilities
Design of Electrical, Fire Fighting and Pluming Services required for buildings as per international
Standards to suites client’s requirement.
Allocation of Responsibilities to Design Engineers & drafting team .
Preparing Drawings Schemes
Ensuring Coordination with Architectural and structural details.
Floating the tender, replying to the tender queries & tender evaluation
Supervise all Electrical work carried out on Site according to shop drawing
Supervise Fire Fighting work carried out on site
Preparation & implementation of Look Head program for Electrical& F.F Services
Daily Coordination meetings for coordination related issue on site
Implementation of New Updated rules for Insulation from Local Government Authorities
Shop Drawing preparation for amendment in drawing as per Site condition
Installation of Armload CablesDB’s, SMDB’s and LV Rooms as per Single Line Diagram
Testing and commissioning after completing project before handover
