I worked here as a manager compliance and accounts for one month only.
Being a Manager Accounts and Audit I manage financial dealings, sale price variation, procurement circle, inventory management, financial reporting, production reporting, tax compliances, yearly audit planning, providing audit data to external auditors etcetera.
It is a pharmaceutical industry and I performed following duties:
Analyse weekly and monthly management accounts and financials, Implementation of policies and procedures, Monitor daily financial transactions, cashflows and verify vouchers with suppports, Checking payables, receivables and banks reconciliations, Analyse sales & recovery and payments & purchases with daily production report, Budgeting, forecasting and business planning, Evaluate costing, Surprise stock counts & checks, Checking general ledgers, Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register, Monitoring Income Tax and Sales Tax Compliances and returns, Assessing risk, Devising Internal Controls, Coordinate with external auditors to conduct annual statutory audit, verify discount claims with sales and Corporate and secretarial Compliances risk analysis.
Its an MDF and HDF company and I performed following duties:
