▪ To Ensure that all Relevant Codes and Specifications NWC National Water Company: Specification and International Engineering Standard, Procedure, Checklist are applied at the Project and only current documents are in use.
▪ Review Mechanical Plans Specifications Installations and Related Documents for Compliance with Codes and Standards. Ensure all QA/QC documentation is prepared, approved, and issued as required by Document and Data Control procedure.
▪ Prepare the Method of statements as per project scope (Pipe laying, Welding/NDT, Hydro testing, Equipment installations, and piping field installation.
▪ Analyzed daily progress data collected by QA/QC field representatives.
▪ Allocate the Inspector at the site as per Schedule Q and Workload requirements.
▪ Maintained the WIR, MIR, NCR, and QOR Logbook Entry with status.
▪ Issued the Non-Conformity reports & verified the corrective/preventive action.
▪ Monitoring of progress of job assigned to QC. Inspectors.
▪ Supervision, monitoring, and control of materials management. According to MTC.
▪ Implemented and coordinated inspections and dispositions of non-conforming materials and equipment.
▪ Manage all QA/QC Inspectors; observe progress, resolve conflicts, and preparations for upcoming work.
▪ Prepare Weekly Quality Reports, Monthly Quality Management Reports and Submit them to the client.
▪ Maintain and prepare Project Management Style progress / Quality reports.
▪ Assisting Co-operate Manager with all the necessary information and reports preparing.
▪ Ensured all QC inspectors had proper training and experience prior to being assigned to dedicated job tasks.

▪ Ensure the Quality Management System is effective and controlled as per the scope of the Project. Review the Hydro Test Package Prior submit to the client.
▪ Review the Daily Inspector RFI, s, checklist.
▪ Weekly Basis Check the QMIS Data to verify the closing RFI, s and follow up with Inspector to be closed.
▪ Conduct the internal meeting with the construction and QC Inspector to how to improve the quality Without affecting our daily production. Attend the meeting with the client to resolve the QC issue.
▪ Review Mechanical Plans Specifications Installations and Related Documents for Compliance with Codes and
Standards. Ensure all QA/QC documentation is prepared, approved, and issued as required by Document and Data Control procedure.
▪ Assist in the implementation of the Construction Quality Management Plan. Review and approve Contractor's Method Statement, inspection teat plan and verification system for technical submittal.
▪ Lead the site quality team in all Quality Control Activities, inspections, surveillance, site instructions, the
release of the hold points, etc.
▪ Sign and releases all WIR and MIR as per the daily performance. Daily site visits and resolve field-related issues.
▪ Inspection of Tanks fabrication and Such as fit-up, bevel degree, high low, root gap, check as per drawing and erection such like as water storage tanks, Cone type, Heavy Slope Tanks, Diesel Storage Tank as per ASME, API650, API 653 and API620.
▪ Inspection of Shell plate’s erection vertical and horizontal joints, nozzles, stairs and Platform.
▪ Preparations of Weld Maps (Bottom, Shell and Roof, Drain Sump).
▪ Execute all NDT (RT, PT / DPT, MT, UT) according to API 650 & API620, B31.1, ASME SEC-V, Penetration Oil Test (POT) of Bottom to Shell and Drain Sump welding.
▪ Inspection of Aluminum Material, rolling and fabrication such as fit-up, bevel degree, high low, root gap, check as per drawing. Aluminum Welding Aluminum Pipe, Tube, Pressure Vessel, Aluminum Structure (roofs siding, window and doorframe, solar protraction frame.
▪ Responsible for the preparing of the QA/QC Format and Reports, Reviewing the MTC’s Against Related Code & Standards, Incoming Material Inspection against MTC’s/Codes, Implementation of Inspection Test Plan” ITP” & Project Specifications. To raise the RFI’s for Welding Inspection, Witness of (WQT) Welder Qualification Test.
▪ To maintain Welder / Welding Operator Continuity Log Sheet, Visual and Dimensional Inspection of Welds
▪ Co-Ordination with NDT Company and Witness for RT, UT, MT, PT, POT, Pneumatic Test-Air Leak Test,
Hydrostatic Test, PWHT, Vacuum Leak Test, Co-Ordination with Client Inspector, Preparation of Weld Map, Fit-Up inspection. Welding Visual Inspection, Review all types of RT, NTD Reports.
▪ Repair marking on joints to execute repair after the application of NDT.
▪ Interpretation of RT films and review of DT and NDT reports.
▪ Monitoring inspection activities and issuing Daily, weekly and Monthly reports.

System, HVAC Ducts System, Firefighting Pipe lines, FM-200, firefighting sprinkler system, fire hose cabinet,
Plumbing Valve and Well Head and Mechanical Systems Work.
▪ Coordinate with Contractor, Sub Contractors and Consultant TPI Inspector and attend the various systems
and equipment inspections.
▪ Keeping all the equipment’s and tools are duly inspected and calibrated used in the site.
▪ Inspection of Fabrication, Tack Weld, fit up, Bevel, High and Low, Welding, as per Shop drawing.
▪ Inspection of material delivered to site in order to ensure compliance with project specification and approved material submittal.
▪ Final data / Dossier book prior to the release of the product. All documents reviewed shall be signed and
▪ Dated by the Site QA Inspector with the added notation of witnessed or reviewed as applicable.
▪ Issuing NCR and SCAR if necessary. Control final documentation for hand over.
▪ Monitor all welding fabrication/erection of piping and Pressure Vessel and Diesel Fuel Tanks inspection of site.
▪ Maintaining Logs for (IRE Log, MIR Log, NCR Log, SCAR Log, welding pipe Spools Log, Welding Supports Log, Blasting Log, RT Test Log, MPI Test Log, UT Test Log, Grooved Log, Chilled water pipe Log, Firefighting pipes Log, Calibration Log), and WPS, PQR, Welder Qualification Certificate. all other reports.
▪ Check Materials, WPS, welding equipment, weld preparations, welder qualifications, welding consumables, joint, fit up and bevel, root gap, drawing and heat number check, pre heat if required), during welding. operations (check preheat in process distortion, consumable control welding parameter welding run sequence and inter pass cleaning, minimum and maximum inter pass temperature, and full compliance with all element given on WPS) after welding operations ( visual inspection, (DT) Destructive Testing (NDT) Non-Destructive Testing (RTFI/ RT, PT, MT/MPI, UT ), repairs, repair procedures PWHT if required and hydro or pneumatic test).
▪ Control final documentation for hand over.
▪ To check & record welding parameters and verify compliance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and technical procedures.
▪ Leads and controls skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the welding works aspects of the project.
▪ Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion
of the works.
▪ Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other
discipline related project and engineering documentation.
▪ Ability to give instructions in an efficient and effective way to his workforce.
▪ Complete the initial assignment probation monitoring of welding operatives and arrange required initial NDE
Through the coordination of QA/QC Welding Inspector and Engineer.
▪ Monitor all welding fabrication of LPG Gas Cylinder, visual inspection at Workshop.
▪ Ability to read, interpret and follow Standard, method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings,
and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
▪ Before Fabrication check materials, WPS, welding equipment, weld preparations, welder qualifications,
welding consumables, joint, fit up and bevel, root gap, drawing and heat number check, pre heat if required),
during welding operations(check preheat in process distortion, consumable control welding parameter
welding run sequence and inter pass cleaning, minimum and maximum inter pass temperature.

▪ Maintaining the records such as WPS, PQR, Welder Qualification Certificate, DFT, Shot Blasting, rugotest, And Hydrostatic Testing. Control final documentation for hand over.
▪ Responsible for doing regular work site inspections and bringing any safety issues up to field management.
▪ Responsible for filing regular local state and federal safety reports for each project.
▪ Responsible for creating a monthly safety briefing for project managers and executives working out of the main office.
▪ Worked closely with field management to maintain all local state and federal safety standards.
▪ Responsible for developing and updating all safety policies on all work sites.
