I worked as a corporate recruitment specialist to ensure that there is enough manpower in each business units of the company.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Help the department in preparing work force plan for the year and proper execution based on the targets. Also, make necessary delays in overseas recruitment in case that there is delay in opening of new branches.
- Delegate recruitment requirements to overseas recruitment partners (Morocco, Sudan, India, Philippines, Sri Lanka Nepal etc.) Prepare the labor documents of overseas partners in compliance to their local law in their respective embassies.
- Sourcing of qualified candidates through job portals, recruitments partners, and referrals. For internal requirements, we normally look for passive candidates to apply.
- Review CV’s and make sure that they meet technical qualification before arranging interviews to respective line managers/ committee for recruitment.
- Do initial screening of candidates using various communication techniques; phone- skype and personal interview to asses and evaluate if candidates is match with the requirements.
- Salary negotiation to fit in based on the expectation of candidates against the budget of the company.
- Provide on-boarding process to newly hired employees.
- Update recruitment database and attend weekly meeting
- Monitor expiration of work permit and health insurance
- Ensure that employee database (201 file) and company profile is up to date;
- Prepare employment contract, certificate of clearance, certificate of employment, no objection certificate, job offer, and salary increase;
- Handle employee queries on compensation, benefits, loan, accommodation, sick leave and vacation.
- Collect and tabulate overtime sheet and make necessary computation of employee salary. Attend employee queries on salary adjustment and computation of benefits;
- Act as secretary of General Manager; Arranging schedules, screening of calls, screening of documents before approval, arranging meeting, taking down notes for minutes of meeting, preparing reports for customers;
- Coordinate with partner recruitment agencies in India, Philippines, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. Prepare necessary documents needed by partner recruitment agencies like recruitment agreement, power of attorney, standard employment contract, demand letter and guarantee letter;
- Maintain accurate filing, segregating contracting documents from internal documents, assign serial number for easy retrieval;
- Support the engineering department in preparing contracting documents for prospective/ existing clients like pre-qualification form, work force requirements, histograms, work schedule, list of equipment. Access supplier portal of clients to access bidding documents.
- Make necessary update on ISO 2008:9001. Make quotations, purchase orders, track shipment, and do follow ups;
