Main Responsibilities:
Reviewing and Optimizing the performance of the supply chain and identifying areas that can be improved for 2 pipeline projects (Berry Gas Plant replacement project and Fadhili Gas Plant upstream pipeline project). Client - SAUDI ARAMCO;
Managing the sourcing for ARAMCO materials and General Procurement, auditing and evaluation of new suppliers;
Establishing and Managing of all relevant corporate services (corporate cars fleet management, corporate cell and data management, all related to accomodation issues - camps, rental appartments, etc);
Management of subcontracting services (creation of subcontracting plan for each project, approval with SAUDI ARAMCO, contract engineering, contract negotiations).
Main Responsibilities:
* Reviewing the performance of the supply chain and identifying areas that can be improved
* Optimizing all tasks and processes within the supply chain
* Control & planning timetables for delivery
* Managing the sourcing, auditing and evaluation of new suppliers
* Managing of indirect procurement activities
* Managing and support of all pre-/ post- award procurement steps (vendors and supplier’s prequalification, bidders lists development, suppliers and vendor’s performance evaluation)
* Analyzing logistics data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Negotiating supply contracts and Managing supplier agreements
* Negotiating rates with local, national and international transport companies

* Development and Implementation of Supplier Management guidelines;

* Managing of all Procurement Activity for 10 deep-water offshore Assets (Ghana, Cote-d-Ivory, Sierra Leone, Vietnam, Romania regions);
* Tender planning and Tenders strategy development

* Contract strategies development;
* Frequent business and recon trips to all Assets (Romania, Ghana, Cote-d-Ivoire regions)

* Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts
* Control & administering the online purchasing systems

* Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases
* Giving sourcing input to colleagues to aid business planning & development
* Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues
