Responsible for the day-to-day management of prepress department through collaborative relationship building with peer managers, the management of subordinate staff, the achievement of production goals, the performance management of direct reports, the making of sound operational decisions, effective problem-solving and change management. Ensure the timely production of quality products that meet or exceed both internal and external customer expectations, Proactively manage departmental metrics that impact cost. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Foster a team atmosphere, provide vision, and demonstrate support of the company's core processes.
Scheduling the jobs ingoing & outgoing in pre-press and job planning for Production final lay-outs which suitable for paper and machines. Troubleshooting the File errors from pre-press to Production department.Coordinating with clients and gives instruction for the jobs for final printing output.
Job planning for all jobs in pre-press department
Make imposition layout/ make film colorseparations, using different kinds or softwares,
Checking all plates before final printing & checked the first proof before final printing.
Acting as service provider & coordinating with client giving instruction in printing needs.
