My main job is focus on providing care that include, taking and monitoring their vital signs every now and then. doing bed bath if my patient is bed ridden, inserting catheter and making sure that my patient will not suffer from bed sore so, I always reminded myself to turn my patient from side to side. recording my daily observation about my patient and I make sure that the family will know the progress or any changes that occur during my duty.
I was a Pediatric Personal Nursing assistant of my Employer which is a Pedestrian. Im assisting the patient with their complaint regarding their health problems and at the same time taking their vital signs before endorsing the patient to the pediatrician for their further health evaluation.
