Projects support - FEED, detailed design, contractors management, development and review of Scope of Works, Basis of Design, PID's (Autocad), PFD's, datasheets, engineering reports, technical notes; equipment selection and design (vessels, pumps, compressors, valves, etc.), process modeling (using HYSYS software), heat and material balance, Flow assurance (PIPESIM), gathering system design, hydraulic calculations, line sizing, flare and blowdown systems design (Aspen Flatenet model), PSV calculation, facilitation and participation in HAZOP studies, etc.
Involved projects:
◦ Dunga Field Development project - allocated focal point for the project between asset and FDP team in Copenhagen, Denmark with regular business trips. Responsible for produced gas compression study, support for flow assurance study, flare system, gathering expansion, separation efficiency improvement (MySep).
◦ Gathering project - design of the new gathering system, well head equipment selection, trunkline hydraulic calculations, pigging procedures preparation, etc.
◦ Caspian Sea Water Intake Station project - design and selection of sea water intake, treatment and transportation equipment.
◦ Produced water treatment project - design and selection of water treatment and injection equipment, chemical injection, filtration, etc.
Production support - process optimization, troubleshooting, site visits, incident investigation, products conditioning to sales specification levels, implementation of field modification projects.
Providing design according to RoK and international standards, gosexpertise support, etc.
Performance of Feasibility studis, process simulations, H&MB, flow assurance and hydraulic calculation, process equipment design, conceptual design, production of key drawings including PFD's, P&ID's, data sheets and engineering reports, BoD, SOW, project management, participation in HAZID studies, etc.
Involved projects:
◦ Karachaganak Gas Debottlenecking project - modeling of gas processing facilities expansion and analysing of the modification impact to the overall system using HYSYS software.
◦ Delinking project - assessment of advantages of installation new C3/C4 splitting column and analysing of impact to product specifications, in particular sales oil RVP and H2S content in export gas.
◦ Injection water quality improvement project - review and selection of the best available technology to improve quality of injecting produced water to mitigate quality specifications from Government. Performance of pilot trials to prove ability of equipment to provide required water quality.
◦ New Remote Manifold Station project - feasibility study of gathering system expansion, including flow assurance activities.
Technical support for Lead engineers, information gathering and analysis, site survey, drafting of technical reports and notes, drawings, procedures, etc.
Ultrasonic testing of oil&gas industry equipment, pipelines, vessels, etc.;
visual inspection, penetrant and magnetic testing of welds, QA/QC
