• Assist Testing and Commissioning of Equipment and other system services at site conducted by the Third Parties to make sure all are carried-out accordance with specifications and requirements.
• Responsible in issuing and closing of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) at site for any occurrence of non-conformances and provide monitoring report.
• Coordinates and follow-up to site team, main contractor, sub-contractor and consultant regarding quality issues and inform to concern personnel.
• Make sure all Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipments are calibrated and in good condition whenever inspection or testing being carried-out.
• Provide updates thru Inspection monitoring reports at site that are under my supervision related to QAQC matters then submit to the Manager.
• Proper control of QAQC reports, documents & filings.
• Close coordination to my manager and concern personnel at site for a quicker response for any rejected items and services encountered.

1 Estimate and prepare bill of quantity for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) as per tender or shop drawings requirement.
2 Estimates & design HVAC ducting layout, static pressure and load distribution as per specification requirements.
3 Responsible in monitoring the execution & progress of the whole project.
4 Oversee and follow up daily activities of personnel within my supervision (engineers, supervisors, foreman, and draftsman) to keep updated of the issues and important details for the project.
5 Coordinate to consultants and main contractor regarding the MEP works and site progress as well as important issues for the work being carried out.
6 Coordinate with engineers and concerned departments regarding the material & shop drawings submittals as per client & consultants requirements.
7 Make sure that all material and shop drawings submittals are approved prior to work execution and purchasing of materials.
8 Prepare work plan schedule and manpower allocation base on the target date to finish the work.
9 Monitor and follow-up material stocks and availability base on the work plan schedule.

11 Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress report then submit to Managing Director as well as for work monthly billing purposes.
