• To prepare duties and responsibilities of all staff efficient work and maximized productivity.
• Conduct daily morning briefing for all technicians, segregate all task issued that has to be done for the day.
• Handle day to day or variable shift operations and give technical support to all my technician.

With 27 years of experiences in the field of Air Conditioning and Maintenance. and was joint in Military Base, Royal Diwan Palace and V.I.P. residence in Saudi Arabia. Plus 3-years & 7-months in Hotel and 3-years & 6-months in Palace, V.I.P. residence, Resort and Offices in United Arab Emirates.
