Programming & Operating of CNC Plasma cutting, Profile cutting machine
In my term I was in charge for all Machining & CNC activity like production planning for day to day activity, programming & Nesting as per production plan, plan for preventive maintenance, Training of new operator etc.
In-charge for all machining activity (CNC Drilling)
I was also in-charge for all machining activity on shop floor, like design & development of new Jigs & Fixtures for CS & DSS cooler header box drilling for our client Jord International for better quality & higher productivity, Selection of new tools for higher production, planning for day to day activity.

Welding Supervisor for Piping & Vessel.
At the same time I was also looking in to welding activity for period one year & also develop various fixtures for CS & DSS cooler header box welding for our client Jord International.
I was looking into welding activity for piping of Sohar refinery, welding of Vessel for Petroleum development of Oman (PDO), also welding of divisions II vessel for PDO.
Supervision of Fabrication & Welding of Skied Structure
Supervision for Fabrication of Piping Spools Support (For Harweel Project)
Supervision for ACHE cooler Fabrication(CS, SS, DSS, INCONNEL 825) for PDO
Fabrication for Infrastructure for Work-Shop.
Fabrication of 50 Ton Crain Girders for work-shop.
In the beginning of my term I was also looking in various structural fabrication like Skid for Vessel & piping, Infrastructure work, Fabrication & Installation of Heavy 50Ton Crain Girders etc

I am fully in charge of the following function
1. Programming & Operating of Plasma cutting machine. CNC Profile cutting machine, Laser cutting machine.
2. Production Planning & Production
Planning of the production schedule as per the customer’s requirements. Interacting with the production Supervisor, job inspector (Quality Assurance) & tool setter and giving them guideline to achieve the targets. Authorizing the relevant documents.
3. Inspection Of Production (As per ISO standard)
In-process checking of production practices and product specifications as per ISO standards. Continuous interaction with the Quality inspector and production supervisor on the basis of the drawings. Maintaining / Approving documentation for the Quality control Department.
4. Inspection of Tooling (Press Tools)
Insuring that the tool design confirms to the product specification and the various operations involved. Recommending changes if required. Taking product trials to confirm the same.
5. Maintenance of Tooling.
Managing contingencies that might occur in process which includes replacement of tool part / enhancing the design. Interacting with the toolmakers for optimum maintenance.
Maintaining logs of problems faced and finding ways to avoid them in the future.
6. Maintenance of Machinery. (Up to 800 ton.)
Erection/ Maintenance of power presses (WMW ERFURT make single action)
-Inspection and maintenance of Clutch and Brake unit.
-Inspection and maintenance of Ream Unit.
-Inspection and maintenance of Die Cushion, Oil lines and Hydraulic lines.
7. Designing of New Tooling.
-Designing new tools for higher productivity, ease in operation and maintenance, better quality output and less consumption of row material.
-Design & development of Jigs and Fixtures.
