•Build, Train and Manage a high performing payroll team
•Ensure the accurate employees' Personal, Salary and Time records update in SAP.
•Coordination with departments/sections to ensure the receipt of payroll inputs on time and ensure accurate, timely monthly payroll, ofcycle payroll and Final settlements.
•Ensure all employee payments are paid through SAP in line with HR policy.
•Creates comprehensive check lists to ensure the accuracy in the process of monthly Payroll, ofcycle payments and in Final Settlements.
•Coordination with Finance for Payroll Reconciliations, Payment transfers. Coordination With employee relations.
•Coordination on performance appraisal consolidation and working on performance linked Payments process like Annual merit increment and Performance bonus.
•Coordination on Employee medical & personal accident insurance activities
•Coordination with HR Business, Procurement, Finance, Technical departments for Invoices and payments of HR Systems projects and other vendor payments. HR Policy & Procedures
•Worked part of team for HR Policy & HR Procedures amendments/benchmarking
•Led the team for making Attendance Procedure
•Led the team for making procedures for Payroll process, Ofcycle payments process and Final Settlement process. Reports & Queries
•Monthly, weekly and year end reports for the management and reports for Government statutory bodies like Pension authority, Department of Statistical Authority, Department of Labor welfare ….etc.,
•Clarify employee queries related to HR Policies, payments & employment contract. HR Systems
•Report all the HR systems (SAP and Employee self service portal) issues to the concerned technical analyst and do all necessary coordination until the issues are resolved.
•Analyze new business requirements and system improvements projects. Obtain details of man hours, cost estimation involved, Liaising with procurement, Technical, Finance Controlling departments and prepare documents for budget approval by top Management.
•Preparation and approval process of project scope document. Coordination with procurement team for tendering process. Lead the User Acceptance testing and give confirmation to go live.
•Projects worked: Played key role from HR business side for implementation of SAP Localization, Employee self service portal, Time Attendance System and GRC roles. Training Delivered to HR Team
•SAP-HR Skills. MS-Excel skills
•New SAP-HR enhancements/implementations.

Have established the payroll process & procedures in the beginning and have developed it further until Dec'2018. 2. Have played key role in implementing Payroll and Employees records administration in SAP system. 3. Have been part of the team which has worked on creating some important HR Policy & Procedures. 4. Have trained many people in Payroll Management, Personnel administration and in SAP system know how.
