Reviewing drawings and project & technical specifications, Data Sheet, Preparation/ Submission of QA procedures, inspection test plan, contract quality plan (CQP), Site inspection formats.
Carrying out of Material identification, positive material identification (PMI), correlate Mill Test certificate (MTC) of Vendor and Company supplied material as per Engineering /project Specifications.

Witnessing all the inspection activities related to static and rotary equipments including alignments of Turbine, Generator, Turning Gear and various centrifugal pumps and locations of all the equipments.

To lead the foremen for all installation and erection of the Static and Rotating equipments such as Heat Exchangers, Air Fin Coolers, Pumps, Compressors and Steam Turbines and Drums.
Checking foundations elevations, alignments, verticality for all the rotary and static equipments including Boiler Columns, Steam Drums, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps are in acceptable tolerances.
Preservations of rotary equipments as per manufacture’s recommendations.
To ensure the final inspection, Shaft alignment, pitch alignment motor to pulley alignment. To encourage the coordination of subordinates with the vendor representatives.
Performed Various quality assurance procedures on the Tanks. Inspected all Tanks in accordance to the standards laid by API for various storage tank such as API -620, 650 and 653.
Conduct inspection of materials identification and traceability, welding works in piping, tanks, vessels, structural steel at fabrication and erection.
Welding inspection in Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Alloy steel, Duplex stainless steel and super duplex stainless steel materials by applicable codes, Standards & Specifications.
Witnessing for NDT (PWHT, Hardness, UT, RT, PT, and MPI).
Communicate with subcontractor engineer, QC inspector, supervisor, foreman regarding toolbox and inspection.
Witness of Hydrostatic & Pneumatic testing as per Drawing/ Specification.
Monitoring & joined for mechanical Completion (Final Walk down) inspection.
Regular surveillance is carried out for civil works (Equipment’s & Tank foundation,
pipe rack columns).
Raising Non-Conformance Reports on Product / Process.
Fabrication/Welding/Material Inspection/Erection/Commissioning of Piping, Mechanical Equipments (Static and Rotating) and hold Extensive knowledge of NDT/DT/ISO 9001 Audits/quality assurance/quality control management practices and Activities, processes, and current technology. Familiar with Relevant Codes/ Stage wise Activities as per Approved QAP/Project Requirements/Technical Data Sheets/GAD/P&ID Etc. Strictly following all Personal & Equipment Safety rules & Regulations of the Project/Plant Requirements.
• Stage wise Inspection of Static and Rotating Equipment’s like Heat exchanger (Shell & Tube Type, Air Fins Type), Pressure vessel & Tanks including various stages like QAP approval, raw material identification, Chemical & Mechanical tests, IGC test, WPS/PQR/WPQ qualification & approval, review/witness the NDT, pneumatic & hydrostatic tests, issue of Inspection release note for Major clients.
• Understand and Approve the Project Specifications/Standards/Procedures/ITP and that all work is in compliance with approved drawings and P&ID.
• Carrying out third party ISO 9001 Audits, Inspection at vendor places for pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Pipelines, Dosing Skids, Pumps, Overhead cranes, EOT, Manual hoists, Gantry, Jib cranes Structural, Bulk items like Gaskets, Metallic & Non Metallic expansion bellows.
• Witnessing of cyclic test for Bellows and Performance test & Mechanical run tests for pumps at various vendor places.
• Checking of all weld visual and dimension as per specification, Final Pneumatic test and hydro test Inspection
• Approval & Review of Quality control Plan, Standard Operating Procedures.
• Approval of PQR & WPS, WPQ welder qualification as PER ASME -IX
• Welder Performance Monitoring.
• Witnessing calibration of Physical & mechanical test equipment in the test laboratories.

•Compliance with local regulations, contractual requirements, Project Quality Plan (PQP), client specifications, installation manuals, construction procedures, permit to Work system and HSE requirements.
•Coordinating with client, vendors, third party and sub-contractor quality representatives for issues related to quality, audits, reports, documents, NCRs, and SORs. Reporting to the Quality Manager for issues found critical.
•Preparation of project specific documentations, review of QC Data book/MRB, MTC, Sub Contractor's-ITP, NDE-Welding-Leak Test Procedures, MAS and MS based on relevant client specifications, standards and codes.
•Assist Sr. Qa/Qc Engineer in review of vendor's/supplier's ITPs and procedures as per material requisition, criticality rating, vendor approval, data sheets, client specification, international codes and standards.
•Support Quality Manager in planning and executing sub-contractor audits, internal audits and coordinating during client audits.
•Support implementation of PQP, Lessons Learnt, KPIs and FPDs. Attend kick-of meetings, conduct weekly quality meetings monitoring KPIs and quality performances.
•Ensure that all relevant approved documents, qualified personals and calibrated instruments with proper records are available during inspections for each stage. Ensure that all carried out processes are in line with QA/QC procedures.
•Verify proper quality records are available for the competed jobs, coordination with document controller for proper storage and distribution of records.
