• Responsible for spool fabrication/erection/ line checking test of package wise within boundary limits and hydro-testing, also maintain activities in the existing facilities to ensure the activities are executed as per the work Scope and in adherence to the HSE standards.
• To maintain primary contact and a good working relationship with sub-contractors site representatives. To be fully familiar with the sub-contractors methods of construction, Programming and procedures and to resolve any apparent conflicts, to ensure that all Sub-contractor employed within his area of responsibility are fully aware of their Obligation and responsibilities.
• To ensure before any variation work is carried out by a sub-contractor that an authorized instruction is given by the management.
• Prepare daily activity and maintain close monitoring with sub-contractor and Construction team ensure that all relevant documentation P&ID, ISO Drawing will be provided in put the work scope and planning of the activity and prepare material Requisition.
• To ensure that all project / Company HSE goals are achieved and where possible exceeded that all construction personnel on the project aware of implement safe working practices procedures and all provided with safe working environments. Deliver a high standard construction capability on the project ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times.
• Management and support of construction personnel maintain and deliver the Construction function within budget and where applicable implement cost saving Initiatives. ROW Survey for the laying of CRUD OIL PIPELINE with the Client and finalization of the route/ Supervision the welding & wrapping and coating, Holiday inspection and lowering of the pipeline section
• Ensure work is done according to Safety standard, with the needed quality, on schedule and budget. Lead development and implementation of an Incident and Injury free culture at site for both Client and Contractor personnel, ensure development and implementation of contractor and Sub-contractor safety plan, emergency response plan, security plan and incident/accident investigation processes.
• Supervise the work and develop contractor employees with particular emphasis on mentoring junior employees.
• Onshore major capital project construction management experiences on large oil and gas pipeline project specification.
• To identify, analyze and solve problems (site safety, technical, construction quality control, schedule)
• Strong Construction background and fluent in English speaking and sound communication skill.
• Establish effective project communication channel between contractor and Client and operation demonstration.
