I worked as a Dy. Manager Production in the following plants

1. Low Density Polyethylene (Licensor Enichem), ( 1995 - 2003)

2. Ethylene Oxide / Ethylene glycol and Air Separation plants, (2003-2006)

3. Utilities ( DM water, Cooling tower, Nitrogen and oxygen production)


Job responsibilities:

• Monitor Operations of Plant, to achieve Production Targets.
• Thorough knowledge of DCS / PLC Operations to handle all situations.
• Handling of emergencies and process upsets, to restore production and minimize production loss.
• Issue work permits & Co-ordination for all Maintenance jobs.
• Production planning and Shutdown planning.
• Ensuring implementation of Process Safety Management.
• Monitor field equipment’s and field operations.
• Prepare standard operating procedures and Training Operators.
• Fine tuning of Advanced Process Controller.
• Raise modifications as per Management of change procedures.
• Ensure continuous availability of utilities N2 and Instrument air
• Maximize production by fine tuning plant operating parameters.
