Project scope contains construction of a Commercial and residential project comprising Ground Floor + 5 Parking Floors and 22 Residential Floors containing 174 Flats. The Project value is 125 Million AED and is located in Rashideya, Ajman.

• Preparation of resource loaded Planning Package containing Baseline Schedule, Resources Histograms, Material & shop drawings approval schedule, Material Procurement & Major Sub Contractor appointment Schedule, Project S-Curve, Cash flow & Progress measurement method.
• Review of Sub Contractors schedule and monitoring their progress
• Monitoring the progress of the Project using KPI's
• Coordination with Interfacing Contractors in the Project
• Assist claim consultants in extension of time Claim and revision of baseline as per approved EOT
• Implementing a robust system of Progress reporting
• Weekly and Monthly Progress Reporting to Client and Management
• Implementing the organizations cost control procedures in the project that includes maintaining and updating the cost report with budget, actual / committed costs, forecast for materials, construction, other charges/expenses and revenues.
• Maintaining a status of project using earned Value Management system
• Conducting In House progress review meetings with Construction Managers

A 17 Floor Mixed Use Project with covered area of 140, 000 sqm. That comprises a 5-star hotel, supermarket, 200 shops and 60 luxury apartments.
Responsibilities:
o Managing the entire activities related to Planning for a major contract, value over PKR. 3500 Million (40 Million USD) for the General Contractor, reporting directly to Project Manager.
o Preparation of Project Schedule in (MSP & Primavera 6.0) and update of its progress to identify the problematic areas.
o Developed agendas & participated in Weekly Meetings between Organization’s Management & Consultants later issuance of instructions as per decisions made.
o Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Look Ahead Schedules and monitor adherence to schedule.
o Generated Planned Progress using Resource Loading in P6.
o Used S-Curve, Manpower Histogram and Material Procurement Curve for Resource Mobilization.
o Project Performance Monitoring & Cost Control.
o Prepared Monthly Progress Reports of the project for Organization’s Management.
o Material calculations, raising of Demands & liaison with Procurement department.
o Responsible for preparing Methodology and Material submittals according to Specifications, BOQ and Drawing.
o Identification of change/variation in drawings, BOQ or Specs and Potential Variation Claims
o Worked in close coordination with Manager Contracts on Loss of Productivity, Compensation Claim & Day work claims.
o Issued notices as per FIDIC laws and formed EOT’s upon them.
