Technical Lead in corporate DHL with team including overall responsibility of DHL Mumbai Office.

Supervisor of a services team with overall responsibility of services and resourcing, development of supervision of a services team with 6 members. Supervision of a team delivering services for hosted customers including maintenance, support, upgrades and projects.

Customer work coordination of DHL customer system for 690 Global DHL customers:
 Solutions used in global logistics mega projects of cost over 1 billion euros.
 Customers such as DHL Express projects (over 4500 monthly users), DGFF projects, CFS Project and Logis Project.
 Implementation of customer satisfaction measurement practices.

Development initiatives including following:
 Project portfolio reporting and coordination.
 Development coordination of a joint effort with ITS Prague containing tasks of DGFF.
 Working in a close co-operation with business stakeholders in USA and vendors.
