• Verify the invoice in line with contractual agreements and resolve any discrepancies related to vendor billing activities.
• Carry out account reconciliation on a regular basis and report any variances for appropriate action.
• Maintain an accurate and effective system of data entry and management of payable documents i.e., invoices, payments, vouchers, receipts.
• Implement and monitor agreed payment terms in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with all external interfaces and escalate any issues on timely manner with suppliers and other customers.
• Payments to shipping line, Suppliers, Transportation etc.
• Assist with analyzing financial statements monthly basis and report on variances.
