I. Organization: Drake & Scull Engineering (DSE)
Military Hospital Project: Scope consists of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and testing and commissioning of Hospital along with accommodation buildings & Infrastructural Development works. (MEP Contract Value AED 200M)

• Ensures that all construction works are undertaken to required designs, specification, standards and QHSE requirements.
• Determine labor requirements and arrange manpower to construction sites. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
• Review Contract specifications to determine appropriate construction methodology
• Monitor site progress against accepted programs and prepare look ahead program, Make recommendation where extra sources or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance
• Responsible for reporting progress of site works to Project Manager.
• Identify problematic design issues and make recommendations for alternative and cost effective re-design solutions, effective implementation of CRQ.
• Ensure the construction schedule is maintained and planned productivity is achieved.
• Reports on changes and additions to contractual agreements by main contractors, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate and detailed records are of all site activities
• Manage and supervise the Subcontractors & Site Engineers.

1.Project: Hydra Avenue Project (Contract value AED 1.4 Billion) scope consists of Design & Built, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and testing & Commissioning of Six nos. (Phase-I / Phase-II) High rise luxurious buildings (Residential & Hotel Apartments) each near to 35 floors (B+G+5P+30 typical) in Reem Island, Abu Dhabi;

2.Project: Watani Residential Development Phase-1A project (Contract value AED 550M) scope consists of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and testing & Commissioning of 303 Residential Villas along with Infrastructural Development works;

Designation : Asst. MEP Project Manager
 Duties & Responsibilities:
• Worked in the Full Life-cycle of Construction Projects with application of Project Management tools.
• Fully responsible to successfully manage, plan, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects
• Plan & schedule detailed phase of work and carrying out Cost Estimation, resources allocation and resource balancing.
• Track work progress with respect to work schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Authorities, Client, Consultant, Sub-contractors, Vendors and Civil team to ensure maximum productivity and smooth working.
• Attend progress meeting with PMC, consultants, sub-contractors and civil team and ensure implementation of agreed process.
• Review technical documents and shop drawings to ensure it adheres to the contract and conformity with government regulations.
• Adhere with contract & shop drawings and ensure that works being carried out within budget and as per approved shop drawings & contract specification.
• Review technical & commercial comparison statements for the materials and ensure proper material flow within budget.
• Coordinate with specialized contractors like District Cooling Provider, Swimming pool, Garbage chute, Elevator, Automatic Vacuum Waste, Window Cleaning System etc. in each phase of project.
• Monitor / Control RFI, RFC, CVI, WIRs and project KPI's.
• Design coordination of MEP services and manage with civil team for design issues to confirm smooth progress.
• Review of variation claim submittal to consultant / client and evaluation of subcontractor’s variation claim.
• Accountable for work progress and compliance of quality & safety; Involved in a Project Team of 2000 plus manpower
• Review monthly running invoices and ensure that all progresses are reflected in the payment certificate.

III. Organization : M/s Kuwait United Development is an ISO 9001:2000 certified Project Management &Construction Management Company which functions as a representative for the employer and manages design consultants, construction contractors on employer’s behalf to achieve project completion on time, within budget and as per contractual requirements.

 Duties & Responsibilities as a member of Construction Management team:
• Review & approve shop drawings, contract documents, materials submittals and Engineering calculations.
• Perform on-site inspection of project to assist interpretation of plans and specifications.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate detailed phase of work.
• Review of contractor’s variation claim and propose / advise to client.
• Prepare snag / check lists and ensure that client requirements are satisfactorily met.
• Arrangement of daily / weekly meeting with consultant and contractor to review site progress.
• Ensure the works being carried out as per the approved quality & safety standards and procedures

1. Project: Flex Tower, Al-Shab Kuwait (Contract value US $ 17M)
Client : Flex Group
The project consists of construction of a twenty floor commercial building.
2. Project: Aqeelah Hotel Project, Sharq Kuwait (Contract value US $ 20M)
Client : Aqeelah Real Estate Company
The project consists of construction of a 4 Star hotel having nine floors.

 Duties & Responsibilities as a member of Design Management team:
• Review tender drawings and prepare tender documents.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate with clients, consultants during design phase.
• Review Engineering calculations & meet authority requirements for MEP works.
• Value Engineering by proposing design improvements & modifications and ensure all requirements are met.
• Maintain project file administration records up to the acceptable level of internal and external auditors.
• Involved for the Preparation of fire strategy report & Evacuation Plan

Involved in the design reviews of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems for the below projects
1. Aqeelah Zainab (24 floors Hotel Apartments & 26 floors Five Star Hotel) (Budgeted Contract Value US $160 M)
2. Aknan Commercial & Residencial Tower (24 floors) - Sharq, Kuwait (Budgeted Contract Value US $11 M)

IV. Organization: M/s Mushrif Trading & Contracting is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company which has more than 40 years of experience in Heavy Civil, Infra- structure, Electro-Mechanical works, Micro Tunneling and buildings contracting& Maintenance.

1. Project : Flow Line Replacement and Support for Production Operations (Contract Value US $24M)
Client : Joint Operations, Kuwait Oil Co. -Saudi Arabian Texaco Inc. (Oct. 2006 - March 2008)

Designation: Project in-charge

 Duties & Responsibilities:
• Accountable for site coordination, administrative and finance control.
• Accomplish the project within Control Budget and responsible for the planning & arrangement of materials, consumables and tools & tackles for welding crews working in Sub-centers, Gathering Centers and Flow lines of Kuwait-Saudi Oil field.
• Co-ordinate with the client works program and monitor the day to day work progress.
• Ensure general safety, quality management and ISO implementation in the project.

2. Project : Construction of Zakat House Headquarter - South Surra (Contract Value US $26 M) Scope consisting of construction of public halls, sports hall, auditorium, exhibition halls, atrium, offices, computer rooms, library etc. having Basement with eight floor building.
Client : Ministry of Public Works, Kuwait (June 2004 - Sept. 2006)

3. Project : Construction of Transfer lines from DMC to Farms, Pumping station & Administration building (Contract Value US $108 M)
Client : Ministry of Public Works, Kuwait (November 2002 - May 2004)

• Select the materials in comply with the contract specifications.
• Prepare the Technical / Commercial compliance statements of materials and liaison with consultant for the approval.
• Review of designed drawings and prepare necessary shop drawings.
• Prepare material requisite and follow up with Procurement Dept., Manufacturers & Vendors for
the timely delivery.
• Plan & arrange manpower, materials and tools / tackles as per the site requirements..
