Duties & Responsibilities:
• Worked in the Full Life-cycle of Construction Projects with application of Project Management tools.
• Fully responsible to successfully manage, plan, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects
• Plan & schedule detailed phase of work and carrying out Cost Estimation, resources allocation and resource balancing.
• Track work progress with respect to work schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Authorities, Client, Consultant, Sub-contractors, Vendors and Civil team to ensure maximum productivity and smooth working.
• Attend progress meeting with PMC, consultants, sub-contractors and civil team and ensure implementation of agreed process.
• Review technical documents and shop drawings to ensure it adheres to the contract and conformity with government regulations.
• Adhere with contract & shop drawings and ensure that works being carried out within budget and as per approved shop drawings & contract specification.
• Review technical & commercial comparison statements for the materials and ensure proper material flow within budget.
• Coordinate with specialized contractors like District Cooling Provider, Swimming pool, Garbage chute, Elevator, Automatic Vacuum Waste, Window Cleaning System etc. in each phase of project.
• Monitor / Control RFI, RFC, CVI, WIRs and project KPI's.
• Design coordination of MEP services and manage with civil team for design issues to confirm smooth progress.
• Review of variation claim submittal to consultant / client and evaluation of subcontractor’s variation claim.
• Accountable for work progress and compliance of quality & safety; Involved in a Project Team of 2000 plus manpower
• Review monthly running invoices and ensure that all progresses are reflected in the payment certificate.
