Ensure the supporting IT Infrastructure system performance, functionality, User account management, security, resource availability are meeting the business requirements and international standards, provide supporting systems with technical solutions & Documentation, Verify Servers and applications are running smoothly with utmost care to ensure minimum down-time of the services to users.
Coordinating, Implementation & Monitor progress of IT Projects (i-desktop project) Scheduling for idesktop migration, Pilot Testing, interacting with different team as pre-request for migration, PST injection to virtual vault, Outlook virtual vault, Communicating I-desktop engineering team UK for migrating users to new domain & Mail Servers, Reporting different migration technical issues to the concern team & implementing the solutions from them, documenting & Share with technical team.
Implementing & configurations of servers includes Migration of Servers to VMware ESXI, Server Administration, Managing and troubleshooting of Application Servers, Print server, Shared folders, Group Policy’s, Active Directory, Roll outs, verifying the health status of Servers, Building Desktops, Laptops according to meet the business needs and security standards.
Strictly adhere to ITIL policy for processes like Incident, changes and problem management in day to day operation, Adopting and implementing the procedure of global Credit Suisse standard processes for Incident, Problems & Change Management, Follow-up for preventive maintenance including updates and upgrades.
Support client applications, Trading applications (Bloomberg, Forex, Trade Net), Analyze supporting systems and troubleshoot the highlighted faults and issues occur on day to day basis, unresolved issues brought to attention and follow-up with appropriate vendors.
Scheduling & Ensuring backups are up to date and are restored when required..
Organizing & Attending meetings with Vendors, Clients and Support Engineers.
HSBC In House IT Projects Portion Management, Server Administration, Managing and troubleshooting of Application Servers, Firewall, DNS, Print server, Shared folders, Group Policy’s, Active Directory.
Physically installations configuring of Servers, Workstations, Backup devices and In related equipment’s, VM Ware Virtualization, Safe Boot Encryption on servers \ workstations\ laptops \desktops for security compliance, Patches upgrade, IOS upgrade, Design HP Racks using HP Rack Sizing Tool.
Ensure prompt resolution of incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding server hardware and/or software problems, coordinate with clients in implementation of new processes and resolution of client issues within SLA, Trouble shooting of End Users technical issues, Mail Clients & Applications.
Installation, Testing and support of various kinds of in house and other applications, Testing the group standard monthly releases / patches and updates in a local test environment prior to live regional rollouts and coordinating with regionally deputed IT Staff on replicating the same within their Regions, overall understanding of software package for deployment & Initial technical testing before implementing into live production.
Ensure data security, service quality and device’s performance in line with security policy and best practices as per the Bank’s requirement.
Configuration of Remote mail client through Citrix client &VPN, Client Black Berry with Domino mail server.
Reporting to the management any anomalies raised as a result of these deployments or during the regression testing stage after coordination with the regional IT Staff.
Provide knowledge sharing and training for helpdesk engineer to perform their task effectively.
Production support, Supporting live activities, Supporting Bank’s Branches & Bank’s helpdesk in resolving user’s IT related queries

Onsite Installation and configuration of wide range of HP Servers, Work Stations, Business Laptops &HP Compaq PCs. (HP Hardware Support - Onsite Service)
Handling day to day Customer Service Calls, Maintaining Customer Service Report and CRM as per ISO Standard.
Execute IT functional requirements of corporate clients, involving presales consultant process, customized software and hardware & multimedia projects
Installation and Onsite support of multi-vendor packages, applications.
Verify the physical & logical installation & setup diagrams based on the customer/presales requirement documents
Technical support on various Servers and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt of their problems.
