Monitored and controlled the IT Projects funded by the Ministry of IT. Led the project monitoring team to ensure that public funds are spent judiciously, that transparent and timely progress reports are produced on funds utilization, achievement of physical targets (as per approved project plan and larger IT Strategy), effective change adoption, and actual benefits obtained post project go-live.
