Provide assurance that company health, safety & Environmental systems and arrangements are applied across all branches to effectively control the risks of activities across the company
Keep track of the legislation, regulations and implement internal guidelines accordingly
Identify, assess and document health risks of the employees and recommend the necessary technical, organizational and personal protective measures
Coordinate or introduce necessary HSE measurements in the offices and warehouses
Monitor the implementation of the protective measures necessary on the basis of the work area analyses
Define HSE training requirements, health risks and provide appropriate schooling for the employees
Prepare energy plans to monitor usage and set both short & long-term goals
Implementing new procedures and technology that will continue to minimize energy consumption
Verify and access the compliance status of products & identify requirements to comply with the SAUDI SASO Technical Regulations and International standards (ISO, IEC and GSO).
Liaison between Customers and Certification Body for the Product Conformity Certificate as per SAUDI regulations of ISO 17065
Prepare internal audit plan and evaluate audit report for all branches in KSA and warehouses
Coordinate with third party Auditor to conduct necessary audit activities
Maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and processes for site Export / Import operations,
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures covering trade compliance in accordance with the compliance program
Provide trade compliance review of contracts/agreements.
Prepare Vendor Assessment details of Clients & sub-contractors
Verify and access the compliance status of products & identify requirements to comply with the UAE technical regulations and international standards (ISO, IEC, GSO and SASO).
Conduct factory inspections/ Audit according to the requirements of applicable scheme.
Conduct third party Audit for clients.
Prepare audit plan and evaluate audit report.
Coordinate with auditor to conduct necessary audit activities.
Communicate with clients regarding the requirements of product certification.
Review evaluation reports to grant or reject the certification.
