• Support various HR Initiatives at ops level- performance management, employee development etc.
• Provide HRBP Support to KSA (not limited but globally).
• HR advisor to the KSA/UAE HRM’s in all functions at Ops level.
• Oversee HR functions for Operations - Dubai, NE ADH and Supporting KSA HR OPS. (not limited but globally).
• Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the gap between management, employees and outsourced stakeholders and international hires.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
• Manage and support the UAE grievance channel. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
• Conduct and Support the processes, policies and HR related training programs
• Support - drive engagement activities
• Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Quarterly HUB visits - UAE and KSA.
• Manage and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Monitor and authorize Outsourced Monthly Payroll, approve the in-house payroll after completion
• Post payroll requirements - HR Analytics, Discrepancies.
