Managing new in-house IT setups; analyzing IT needs of the business while ensuring IT business alignment

Configuring clients, routers, wireless-controller and access point infrastructure
Securing the mail servers by EOP and network infra from any security threats by installing policies in firewalls (sonic wall)
Managing deployment for OS patches and upgrades for servers and desktops on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary
Performing daily system monitoring, using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA's, by verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.
Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups and replication
Ensuring timely resolution of operating systems and application failures on main systems
Providing 24/7 on-call support for the servers and e-mail environment and Participates in weekend maintenance activities, as required
Handling experience of Avaya IPhone and its server-based application
Handling experience of CCTV, NVR and its application
