Responsible for training and development & service operations
Upkeep East Coastal Road (ECR) branch service department & Body shop
* Responsible for Overall CSI, Business growth, process control by system
implementation, counter measure on weak areas, monitoring customer complaints,
solutions & satisfaction.
* Plan organize, lead & control total service management operations, organize
campaigns & customer meets.
* Conduct monthly analysis of Key Performance indicators (Productivity, efficiency,
labor, utilization & labor gross profit, part sales / Repair orders.
* Maintains safe & healthy training environment by following organization standards
and legal regulations.

Body Shop Controller
* Explain the body shop nature of job on the vehicle with detailed explanation to the
appropriate skill level technician & confirm his understanding regarding job.
* Monitor the technician’s labor time utilization & efficiency on daily basis; also ensure
piece & good ambience in the floor with parking discipline
Job Controller - Body shop
* Supporting in between the front office & back office for monitor & control the
effective utilization of the skilled manpower.
* The main motto is to generate high efficiency by using the Technicians valuable skills,
honor the commitment to the customers by service advisor like on time delivery,
quality of work.
* Understand the technical bulletins, technical information received from TKM (Toyota
Kirloskar Motor) and educate the team with copy on notice board.
