PRODUCTION VS SALES ANALYSIS - Manipulate the Production VS Sales ratio and analyze the forecast to attain the Maximum production to cover the sales.
MACHINE CAPACITY FILE - To Analyze the Specification of SKU’s by Machines and to manipulate Maximum Capacity to produce with optimum Efficiency.
ITEM SPECIFICATION - Established a Master File contains all items by SKU of the company and quantities we can produce to be identified. Fully automated file.
MONTHLY PLANNING & SCHEDULING - Responsible to Deliver the Monthly Planning for Production to achieve desired targets.
SHORTAGE ANALYSIS -Manipulating the Shortages and approve to
Purchase required materials.
TRANSFER CONTROLLING - Controlling all transfers of Finished Goods from a Warehouse to another.
BARCODES - Deliver Barcodes for Price Identification.
PRODUCTION ANALYSIS - Analyzing the sales & production and evaluate the results according to the Target.
BACKORDERS MONITORING - Monitor the day to day sales actvities and back orders for the Finished goods & Plan accordingly Reduce the Back orders from 30% to 14 %
of the company.
MRP (Mateial Requirement Plan) - Generate the Material Requirement Plan in order to identify the stock levels, variation in stock and
usage.
TONNAGE - Providing the Tonnage Report for all Machines
Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary
• Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager
• Provide desktop and server support
• Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange
• Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
• Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
• Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
• Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
• Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
• Completing internal user moves including phones
• Patching of network and phones
• Making of Cat 5 e network cables were necessary
• Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained
• Setting up and configuring new core servers
• Installing authorised software to core servers
• Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to core servers
• Fault-finding to core servers
• Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
• Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained
• Exchange server mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes
• Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
• Providing support for MAC and PC
