• Responsible for the planning function of the all work packages included in the turnaround scope.
• Prepare work packages which include scope of work, schedule, required resources, equipment, materials, blinds list, P & ID, equipment assembly & general arrangement drawings, Work Instructions, JSA etc.
• Identify turnaround activities, estimate resources, durations, establish precedence, as the main input for the scheduling.
• Work closely with the execution contractor to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the turnaround plan
• Identify material requirement as per scope of work and reserve the same in SAP
• Responsible for entering and maintaining the detailed job plan data, (job steps, logic, resources, etc.) into Primavera 6 to develop the Turnaround Master Schedule.
• Conducting site visit to verify scope of work and location of the work, access needed, lifting requirements etc.
• Responsible for performing schedule analysis to ensure that the process and procedures detailed in the Turnaround Work Scheduling Process have been applied
• Integration of various subcontractors schedule in Primavera - P6
• Issuing the required schedule and resource reports from Primavera
• Preparing and distributing the look-ahead reports for the daily scheduling meetings
• Prepare progress reports which includes S - Curves, histograms, look ahead schedule etc.

• Prepare work schedules for Construction & Shutdown projects using PRIMAVERA -P6 including resource allocation.
• Responsible to conduct planning, monitoring and control functions as per planning procedure
• Responsible for developing planning package which work schedule, Histograms (Labour and equipment), Progress tracker, S curve, KPI reports and progress reports (daily, weekly & monthly reports), quantity wise project tracker etc
• Detail Study of scope of work, Engineering drawings and technical specification to identify area of concerns and critical path of project and prepare planning package accordingly.
• Attend all queries and clarification from client side regarding planning package
• Resource Planning: To work out detailed resource Requirement based on standard productivity norms and job cards.
• Coordinate with the execution team and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules and advice action to meet the baseline schedules, if delayed. Prepare recovery schedule whenever required.
• Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management.
• Responsible for day to day interaction with client / consultants / subcontracts regarding the progress of the works.
• Measuring the progress performed and compare the baseline plan vs actual progress to analyze the delay
• Prepare cash flow forecast based on work schedules
• Prepare look ahead schedules and resource deployment schedules
• Prepare Project close out reports, Productivity reports, As-built work schedules etc

• Prepare work schedules for Construction & Shutdown projects (Onshore / Offshore) using PRIMAVERA -P6 including resource allocation.
• Responsible to conduct planning, monitoring and control functions as per planning procedure
• Responsible for developing planning documents like work schedule, Histograms (Labour and equipment), Progress tracker, S curve, KPI reports and progress reports (daily, weekly & monthly reports)
• Detail Study of scope of work, Engineering drawings and technical specification to identify area of concerns and critical path of project and prepare planning package accordingly.
• Attend all queries and clarification from client side regarding planning package

• Experience of offshore Brownfield projects, operations, maintenance and construction planning and POB calculation.
• Coordinate with the execution team and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules and advice action to meet the baseline schedules, if delayed. Prepare recovery schedule whenever required.
• Regularly monitoring critical path and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management.

• Designing of Hydrant systems, Sprinkler systems, Fire detection and alarm systems etc for Commercial, Industrial, Residential projects as per NBC & TAC standards
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and estimate the same
• Prepare work schedule using M S Project
• Preparing quotations, variation statements and Bidding Tenders

• Job profile includes shutdown planning of COLUMNS, DRUMS, HEATERS, CONTROL VALVES, SAFETY VALVES, PIPING JOBS etc
• Prepare master project schedule and allocate resources using PRIMAVERA project management software-P6 version
• Monitor project progress, update schedule and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed. Prepare recovery schedule whenever needed
• Site evaluation of job status and prepare daily progress reports using
S curves, Histograms etc
• Attend progress meetings with the client
