Flare Gas Recovery Unit, Al Zour Refinery, KNPC, Kuwait (March 2018 - till date)
Responsibilities:
•Prepare Instrument datasheets for Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Element, Control Valves, On-Off Valves, and Flow elements, Junction Boxes, Instrument Cables, Control and Power cables, cable glands on the Skid.
•Preparing detail Engineering drawings for Installation of the Instruments on Heat Exchanger, Compressor and Utility Skid including Wiring Termination drawing, Hook-up drawing, Instrument and Junction Box Location Layout, Earthing and Grounding layout and loop wiring drawing.
•Prepare Instrument BOM for Glands, Cables, Tubing and Fitting for procurement.
•Technical Bid Evaluation of quote received from the vendor for the Instrumentation Items.
•Providing inputs to Structural and Piping department for the design of the skids from the Instrumentation point of view.

Master Agreement Package for Chemical Injection Skids, Occidental Petroleum, Oman (Sept-2017 to April- 2018)
Responsibilities:
•Procurement of Pressure, Flow and Level Transmitters, E&I materials, Local Control Panels, Controller Panels, Pumps etc for 135 Nos. Chemical Injection Skids as per client specification and standards.
•Design Engineering drawings for cable tray laying, JB wiring and terminations on Chemical Injection skids as per project requirement.
•Installation of Instruments, Pump Motors and Panels as per location layout.
•Cable and cable tray laying, wiring and termination of the cables as per cable layout, cable schedule and termination drawing.
•Loop Testing for Pressure Transmitters, Gear Flow Meters, Level Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Pump Motors, LCP and I/O Module Control panel on skid to check the continuity.
•Pre-commissioning of the I/O Module on skid as per approved control philosophy.
•Testing of the Controller logic as per client requirement.

TAWEELAH Gas Compressions Station Metering Skid Project, GASCO, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Sept-2017 to Oct-2017)
Responsibilities:
•Installation of Instruments and Junction Boxes as per location layout.
•Cable and cable tray laying, Wiring and termination of the cables as per cable layout, cable schedule and termination drawing.
•Loop Testing for Pressure Transmitters, Electromagnetic Flow Meters, Temperature Transmitters, Motor Operated Valves, Control Valves on skid to check the continuity.

Dhaleel Chemical Injection Package, Dhaleel Petroleum, IBRI, Oman (July-2017 to Sept-2017)
Responsibilities:
•Pre-commission and FAT for the Chemical Injection skids as per FAT procedure.
•Commissioning of 6 Chemical Injection skid at site including testing of all pumps, Loop Testing for Pressure Transmitters, Gear Flow Meters, Motors, LCP and PLC Control panel.
•Testing of communication between the PLC panels on the skid with the Control Room through Ethernet Protocol.
•Training client for the operation of the Chemical Injection skid.

Project: Petrofac Jazan Refinery Project, Jazan, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
•Preparing specification and datasheet for Transmitters, Ultrasonic Flow meters, Turbine Meters, Coriolis meters, PD Meters, Control Valves as per ARAMCO Standards.
•Preparing specifications and drawings for Junction Boxes, Power Distribution Boards, Push Button Stations and Local Control Panel as per ARAMCO standards and specifications for Metering Skid application.
•Prepared sizing calculation for control valves, safety relief valves & flow elements.
•Preparing technical bid evaluation for all E&I items for vendor quotes as per technical specifications requirement provided by the end user and advice procurement team with the budget for each item.
•Preparing engineering deliverables for construction like Cable Block Diagrams, Utility Schedule, Control Panel GA, Instrument and Junction Box location layout, Cable and Cable tray layout, Junction Box Wiring Drawing, Instrument Loop drawings, Alarm and trip schedule, Cable Schedule, Bill of Quantity for Installation materials, Instrument Schedule, Process and Pneumatic Hook-ups.
•Checking and approving vendor documents and drawings required for manufacturing.
•Regular meeting up client and vendor for required design change of project.
•Following up with vendors for the manufacturing and timely delivery of equipment’s required for metering skid FAT.
•Prepare work plan schedule of day wise installation of instrument and electrical enclosures on the skid to meet project FAT schedule.
•Inspect calibration of Instruments (Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, Pressure and DP Transmitters) and make reports.
•Coordinating and supervising E&I activities for FAT as per schedule and identify issues related to material, man-power and construction.
•Ensure that all works are done in conformance with approved construction drawings and Engineering specifications.
•Monitor all the installation work at yard including the line checking to ensure all cable was pulled and terminated and also do the loop check until Metering Panel.
•Make daily progress report of the construction on the yard and ensure all deadlines are met as per Project Schedule.
•Conducting Pre-FAT inspection of skid for E&I items and making internal punch list.
•Make punch list during FAT of the Skids as per Client or TPI comments.
•Clear punch list for E&I points in presence of the end user and TPI.

Project: Lime Calcination Project for AIL, Salalah, Oman (Jun-2014 to Nov-2014)
Responsibilities:
•Prepared Material Requisition for Pressure Gauge, Pressure Switch, Pressure Transmitters, Radar Level Transmitters, Capacitive Level Switch, Roller Lever Limit Switch, Shut-Off Valve, Smoke detectors, Gas detectors, Beacons, Junction Box and Local Push Button Stations.
•Prepared technical bid evaluation for various instruments based on technical specifications.
•Designed fire and gas layout for the control building as per NFPA-72.
•Preparing various Instrument and Control deliverables for construction like Instrument and Junction Box location layout, Control Panel Internal and External GA drawing, Cable and Cable tray layout, Junction Box Wiring Drawing, Cable Schedule, Bill of Quantity for Erection Materials and Instrument Schedule, Wiring drawings, Instrument Hook-ups, Loop Drawings etc. based on the P&ID.

Project: Raysut Terminal Revamping Project for ORPIC, Oman (Sept-2013 to June-2014)
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for selecting and designing Instrumentation for Tank Farms and Metering Skids for Custody Transfer.
•Preparing various Instrument and Control deliverables for construction like Control Building layout, Instrument layout, Cable tray layout, Junction Box Wiring Drawing, Cable Schedule, JB layout, Bill of Quantity for Erection Materials and Instrument Schedule, Instrument specifications, I/O Wiring, Instrument Index, Loop Drawings etc. based on the P&ID and PFD.
•Prepare datasheet & material submittals for Metering Skid & its components, Tank Gauging System, JB’S & LCS.
•Preparation of Material Requisition, Evaluation of Technical offers, Technical Recommendation, Purchase order specification, drawing approval and follow up with vendors for the dispatch clearance.
Project: Power Monitoring System for South Oil Company, Basra, Iraq (Mar-2013 to Sep-2013)
Responsibilities:
•Prepared I/O list, Utility Panel heat dissipation calculation, Control Panel GA drawing for Siemens PLC.
•Prepared BOM for Seimens System panel required for project.
•Developed SCADA using Siemens WinCC Flexible.
•Co-ordination with vendor for material deliveries.
•Testing of PLC and HMI based on the I/O list and SLD’s.

Project: EPIC of Wellhead Offshore for Dragon Oil, Turkmenistan(Jan-2013 to Mar-2013)
Responsibilities:
•Prepared I/O list as per Client Instrument Schedule, Control Panel GA drawing for GE Rx3i system.
•Develop SCADA screens using Proficy HMI/SCADA - CIMPLICITY 8.2 software.
•PLC Programming in GE RX3i PLC.

Project: Qatar Gas Purge Reduction for Qatar Gas, Ras-Laffan, Qatar (May'2012 to Dec'2012)
Responsibilities:
•Execute Site Survey and prepare site survey reports for instrumentation scope.
•Prepare Instrument deliverable like datasheets and material requisition for ESDV’s, Temperature Transmitters, Temperature Elements, Orifice plates, Integral orifice meters, variable area flow meters, pressure transmitters and flow transmitters.
•Prepare technical bid evaluation and technical clarification as per vendor document review.
•Prepare Instrument Schedule, JB wiring mark-ups, Cause and Effect charts DCS/ESD wiring philosophy as well as other instrument deliverables as per site survey and project requirements.

Project: General Service Contract for Occidental Petroleum, Qatar (Oct'2011 to Apr'2012)
Responsibilities:
•Visit offshore fields for site survey & prepare site survey reports for feasibility of new instruments and control systems in offshore platforms.
•Generate, review and evaluate datasheets of various sensors, gauges, transmitter and valves.
•Prepare hook-ups, cable schedule, I/O list, cable block diagrams, MTO’s, instrument index, wiring and termination drawing for field instruments to RTU, Junction Box Wiring drawing, Loop Wiring drawings.
•Prepare technical bid evaluation for field instrumentation.

Project: Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP-2, Phase-I) for ONGC India Ltd, Mumbai, India
Responsibilities:
•Supervised laying of Instrument Cables, Installation Control and F&G Junction Boxes at offshore platforms .Termination of various size cables at the Terminal Interface Cabinet (TIC) and Remote Terminal Unit (RTU).
•Calibrate Pressure and Temperature instruments in presence of Third party inspector (TPI), preparation of Calibration reports and getting them approved from TPI.
•Installation and pre-commissioning of field instruments like pressure gauges, temperature gauges, pressure transmitters, safety alarm switches, temperature transmitters, DP type flow transmitters, shutdown valves, pressure safety valve’s (PSV), gas detectors, flame detectors, pig detectors as per location layouts and instrument hook-ups.
•Installation and pre-commissioning of shutdown panel (SDP), fire and gas panels (FGP) at various offshore platforms.
•Consultation with client and third party inspectors for approval of pre-commissioned instruments and panels.
•Prepare daily progress report and weekly planning report for Instrumentation scope of work and regular client meeting for progress of work at site.
•Monitor all the installation work at platform including the line checking to ensure all cable was pulled and terminated.
•Co-ordinating with on shore facility for regular delivery of installation materials like glands, cable ties, cables, cable trays etc. as required at site/barge.
•Conduct testing of the E&I scope of work and make punch list.
•Clear punch list in presence of Client and TPI and get final clearance on the work done.

Project: Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex Project, Saudi Aramco/Sabic, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
• Generate, review and evaluate datasheets of sensors, gauges, transmitter ad control valves as per Aramco Standards.
• Review Piping & Instrument diagrams, process flow diagrams, hook-ups.
• Inspection of Vendor documents, technical bid evaluation and recommendations for various instrument and control systems.
• Design activities like preparation of Instrument Specifications and datasheets for field instruments.
• Prepare control schematics, I/O Schedule, Instrument Index and cable schedule.
• Prepare loop wiring and JB wiring drawings as per cable block diagram.
• Prepare material requisitions for junction box, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow elements and transmitters.
