Contribute to the success of the company’s overall service levels by ensuring brand standards and expectations are met with all stakeholders. Manage the intra as well as inter branch administration, logistic and customer relationship. Take care of Sales Tax activities of the Delhi Branch.
•Material Demand Planning for northern region, coordination with Supply chain for smooth supply of material in region and redistribution of the same in different branches.
•Managed the team of Godown staff and C&F operations.
•Responsible for audit, appraisal and training of the C&F staff and Quarterly inventory reconciliation.
•Coordinating with the customers as well as sales team for outstanding service support.
•Bank Reconciliation, vendor account reconciliation, Customer Account reconciliation, and Dealer gifts reconciliation.
•Handling all Internal & External audits.
•Calculation & submission of sales tax / VAT, Return, Assessment, Issuance/submission of concessional forms and Appeals etc.
•Renewal and formulation of other agreements, license and other statutory compliance related to the Delhi branch
