collecting candidates resumes,
short listing, arranging interviews
sending the offer letter,
after receiving the offer letter collect all the necessary documents to travel,
medical check up,
arranging accommodations, safety orientation,
issuing id and arranging their safety materials needed,
travelling facilities,
maintaining their time cards,
maintaining work progress,
maintaining payroll,
following their attendance records,
arranging his vacation schedules,
reporting to manager and to follow his instruction,
renewal of ID cards of employees,
arranging food facilities,
an administrator duty is to follow each and every requirements of about employees for the smooth running of industry through proper documentation to avoid any kind of obstacles which leads to delay the work .
