 Currently working in a technical role for Proscape group in Dubai.

 Primary functions include maintenance and production of various Plants used in the GCC region.
 Business development, demand planning, purchase arrangements with respect to market demand are also my major tasks.
 Major tasks also include outdoor and indoor plant maintenance, plant protection and plant health management, Green house management (pest and disease control, Duty rostering, fertilizer scheduling etc)

 In charge of the total sales, labour welfare and management, Inventory control, Financial management etc in Acacia LLC. Major tasks also involve business development and market analysis.


 Involved in sending overseas orders and forecasting demand for various landscaping materials and accessories.

 ERP: Also involved in the ongoing ERP implementation in the company. Currently responsible for the coding infrastructure for ERP and development of commodity standards for ERP.

 ERP implementation, mapping business processes to be included in the ERP system, report generation, inventory control and management.

 Providing first hand technical feed back to the IT team about the implementation issues and necessary amendments.

 Other mundane functions include preparation and generation of LPOs using ERP framework, preparation of quotations and enquiries, labour management, coordination with the various departments in the company, preparation of sales reports and other reports for the concerned authorities.
