Reviewing the standard Forms of Contract and compiling the Condition of Contract & Sub-contract agreements.
Clarifying the tender queries by preparing the technical clarification request to the design consultant/ Client.
Take-off the drawing quantities to substantiate the provided BoQ and drawings.
Preparing the Bill of Quantities for Be-spoke forms of contract.
Preparing and Sending RFQ’S to vendors to get the quotation and compile all qualifications/exclusions and review with the manager.
Identify and Consider the Value Engineering Proposal to meet the Client’s objective with quality.
Draft and submitting the Tender Cover Letter along with commercial envelop.
Prepare and Submit the Interim Payment Applications to Engineer promptly.
Identify, prepare and submit the Variations to the Engineer along with required substantiation.
Evaluating and finalizing the subcontractor’s payment applications to prepare the Certifications.
Ensuring the validity of Bonds, Insurance and Warranties.
Assisting with my senior management to resolve the contractual issues if any.
