Responsibilities :
•IN ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS
•Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of CNC Machines
•Preparing Electrical drawing in AUTOCAD
•Wiring of Electrical cabinets & Making of interfacing cables
•Having the knowledge for the study of Electrical drawings & circuit diagrams
•Configuration of drives and controller
• IN MECHANICAL
•Two axis and Three axis Machine assembly
•Vertical machine and horizontal machine and development work
•In major part of linear motion of Guide ways(THK, PMI, SCHNEEBERGER)
•In major part of Ball Screw (PMI, JENATIC)
•In major part of Tool post in(Electrical TURRET, Hydraulic TURRET, Live tool TURRET)
•CNC system used in Conventional lathe machine
•Mechanical assembly of CNC machines VTL, TWIN VTL, 3AXIS LATHES
•Mechanical service and maintenance of CNC machines and conventional machines Provided all required support, including preventive, maintenance, shut down maintenance to production line CNC and Conventional machinery
•Having experience and knowledge in checking of geometrical readings &square reading
•Mechanical assembly like LM guide ways alignment & Ball screw alignment etc.
•Basic knowledge in hydraulics &pneumatics
Field of Experience:
•PLC Programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
•Worked on the following CNC systems :
•Fanuc - 0i Mate TC, Oi mate TD,
•Siemens - 802D Baseline, 802D, 802D SL, 828D,
