Responsible for buying Hygiene materials, Home care and personal materials

● Receiving purchasing requisitions, sourcing, suppliers selection, negotiations, prices analysis.
● PO issuance, delivery at warehouse, invoicing & payments settlement.
● Monthly raw materials plan through meeting with planning, warehousing & production teams.
● Follow up all Purchasing Orders & materials stock levels on daily basis, to ensure on-time delivery.
● Follow up all import shipments & logistics on daily basis.
● Track ETD & ETA of all shipments and documents.
● Make sure of all required documents to match customs regulations & global agreements.
● Directing and training the new Purchasing Representatives and support them in all processes.
● Credit balance weekly report for each the supplier.
● Suppliers Evaluation for each order.
● Build strong partnerships with major suppliers.
● Sourcing new qualified suppliers to improve quality, price and credit terms.
● Develop, update, and maintain an annual approved Suppliers List.
● Close coordination with QC, R&D in sourcing and approving new materials.
● Strong logical Negotiations (win win situation)
● Develop and implement cost saving plans.
● Close coordination with the financial department in all banking activities and opening LCs.
● Lead and support the Purchasing team to achieve the department goals.
● Understand and work with the company directional strategy.
● SMART objectives plan for purchasing department, similar to SMART objectives of
other departments & company vision.

Purchase & control the entire process of Spare parts (import & domestic)
