Conducted the following tasks: - Risk assesses different activities in the DC's (Distribution Centers. - Develops Standard Operating Procedures & Safe Working Practices in light of the company GEHSMS system. - Administer material safety data sheet for all chemicals used in the facility. - Organize the site safety meetings and site senior tours. - Implement schedule for site planned general inspection - Ensure complete adherence to all S&H governmental requirements - Ensure that all incidents and injuries are reported and lead the investigation in these accidents - Develop & conduct safety training according to the annual training plan - Administer all actions tracked on the action tracking system - Prepare DC's personal protective equipment matrix and ensure its availability - Develop emergency response plan and coordinates effective test drills - Participate in periodic self-assessment of GEHSMS system implementation - Ensure all firefighting systems are maintained properly & ready for emergencies - Implement work permit system. - Develop safety action teams

- The role:
• Audit and report all quality systems that have to be implemented in Chipsy which are either International standards or PepsiCo international standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IPS Generic Quality Systems, IPS PC Process, Packaging Process, In Line Control, and Traceability "for raw materials and Finished Goods").
• Take part in the preparation for all external audits for those systems. As well as follow up (Track) corrective or preventive actions that have to be taken to eliminate gaps raised in both internal and external audits.

- Main Purpose
• Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with the pre-mentioned standards and with PepsiCo specifications and standard systems.
• Preparing checklists that cover all system requirements compatible with the targeted function to be audited and ensure the function meets all the targets.

- Accountabilities
• Audit all the quality systems and ensure the requirements of each are successfully met.
• Issue reports about all the audits which were conducted.
• For external audits, ensure all records of their implementation are compatible with and covers the standards.
• Ensure appropriate measuring tools are calibrated.
• Conduct training programs for personnel to ensure full awareness of the requirements and targets of these audits.
