• PDP (Bench) management - Addressing bench associates queries, aspirations, reporting and deployments

• Handling opportunities enabling process for high ageing bench associates and its documentation
• Handled critical demands/Escalated demands as single POC at practice level by managing profile submissions on time until its fulfillments and maintaining tracker to capture status/updates and recommending fulfillment options to the team members
• Managed the QA Analyst role for the new process for the Unit I handled. Basically, we do the validation of the demand on creation. We have managed a volume of 15000 + demand for a Year Highlights:
• Managed to handle the team to ensure that there is less than 1% cancellation of the demand for the period of a year
• Handled Banking Financial Services and managed to fulfill 55% of demand internally.
