offloading equipment and take proactive measure for preventing incidents.
• Equipment's and Vehicle Inspection with checklist.
• Update the lifting gears at TPIC
• Manage the first aid and updated
• Ensure firefighting and fire prevention system has been working without any fault and updates the
document.
• Conduct HSE induction & Refreshment taring and updates the released document.
• Report the all incident and HSE related issues to senior HSE Officer and assist for him to achieve HSE
goals
• Conduce emergency evacuation drill in workshop.
Conduct daily inspection of facilities.
• Participate effectively in all HSE meetings with employees and clients.
• Conduct regular emergency drills and exercises as required.
• Encourage employees to report accidents, near-misses, hazards and suggestions.
• In addition, with management, run and monitor an effective HSE motivation and creative schemes.
• Prepare the company monthly HSE progress report.
• Member of Investigation team for all accidents and near-misses to find out root causes and to provide
recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Update notice boards and conduct weekly HSE campaigns (as applicable).
ADNOC GASCO PLANT (ASAB)SITE
• Conduct monthly HSE meetings with employees to review company HSE performance and
communicate any HSE related issues.
• Assist Project Management to implement HSE Plan and Emergency Response plan for the safe
execution of the work.
• Carry out site inspections, equipment/ vehicle inspection, PTW audits, Road safety spot checks etc.
with the help of ADNOC checklists.
• Ensure all the activities are being carried out with the help of proper permits, lifting plan and
adequate supervision.
• Monitor the use of PPE, lifting tools and tackles inspection, daily vehicle, and heavy equipment
inspection.
• Assist the supervisor to deliver TBT, conduct internal training and LFI communication.
.Responsible for doing regular worksite inspections and bringing any safety issues up to field management.
.Responsible for filing regular local, state, and federal safety reports for each project.
.Responsible for creating a monthly safety briefing for project managers and executives working out of the main office.
