• Responsible for developing travel plans for travelers as per their requirement and organization’s travel policy
• Create Travel Policy for GEMS group and managed revenue as per Travel budget
• Coordinate with HR for Annual ticket cost for GEMS group and significant savings to organization
• Maintain database and excel sheet of all travel expenses in corporate office
• Micro analysis for travel expenses-spend and savings
• Coordinate with all GEMS schools and other GEMS location globally for smooth travel arrangements throughout
• Negotiate with authorized travel agencies, airlines, hoteliers and other vendors
• Provide all relevant information to group members relating to travel, discounts and offers in the market
• Managed operations at the business travel center of an upscale travel management company.
• Responsibilities included achieving targets, relationship with clients, negotiations with vendors for corporate agreements, leadership and motivation for a team of business travel consultants for product and service innovation, appraisals, training and development.
