Provided first line handling of orders from customer; receive and process orders & ensure timely execution to fulfill customer demands.
• Maintaining FEFO and FIFO integrity.
• Ensure data creation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), creation of advance
Shipment Notices.
• Act as key contact between customer/ freight forwarders/ transporters with responsibility for smooth flow of Goods & information.
• Update the WMS; ensure data accuracy, co-ordinate with the Quality Control team, Team Leaders, Stock Controllers on matters of System and operational anomalie.
• Answer for Help-Desk Queries to US Defense Clients regarding the queries about the items when & where it was shipped, through which couriers, presently where the Item is, all those details provide to the customer by tracking through UPS/DHL couriers.
• Preparing Daily Activity reports and Weekly reports and forward to higher Management
• Responsible for managing Inventory levels of stock supply.
