Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Manage properties and facilities with multi-disciplinary teams of Hard and Soft services, MEP
Maintenance, Fire Alarm maintenance, Landscaping services, Catering and cleaning equipment
maintenance and services, Building Ad-hoc works such as Gypsum partitions, Aluminum and
steel works.
* Oversee the ongoing operations and maintenance of all general electrical and mechanical
facility equipment, HVAC systems (Air conditioning & Refrigeration), Generators, chillers and
pumps, Air Compressors, UPS, transformers and other electrical related equipment.
* Design, Coordinate and supervise the planning and construction of all future expansions to
insure on time and smooth transfer to production.
* Measure all outside vendors related to facility equipment and services.
* Overseeing development, design and maintenance of properties.
* Adept in project, contract, quality, asset, risk, vendor, people and space management.
* Quantity surveying and prepare cost budgeting for external projects
* Implementing procedures, control systems for maintaining quality standards, leading
efforts for streamlining process and generating cost saving in facility operations.
* Ensuring facility meet government regulations, Environmental health and security standards.

Anticipate all site relate requirements, Operation and budgeting for new installations and
projects.
* Handled employee strength of 250 with different ethnic back grounds having supervisors,
Engineers and Managers.
* Overseeing complete housekeeping, waste management, and safety and security operations
under the guidelines of management approved budget, with accountability of running
department having a vision to provide high level of services.
* Interaction with residential customers and managing their expectations
* Organize all the activities of housekeeping department specifying service standards regarding
cleanliness amenities in malls, rooms, banks, hotels and public areas.
* Inspection of properties and other areas of facilities in order to ensure quality of service is
compatible with international standards.
* Training supervisors in the necessary skill to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.
* Conduct quantity survey for new ventures and prepare budget plan in accordance, prepare
service level agreements and issue KPI for meeting service standards
* Prepare and monitor planned preventive maintenance reports.
