n. Preparing SOPsfor plant activities and reviewing the critical tasks and critical operations.
o. Acting as an Industrial Hygiene coordinator and ensuring full compliance.
p. Ensuring and auditing of PTW process.
q. Reviewing the safety critical barriers and safety instrumented systems of the plant and ensuring the performance of the system as per the group guidelines.
r. Preparing the emergency response plan for the credible disastrous scenarios as per the Technological risk study.
s. Monitoring the Maintenance of the Safety critical system in CMMS.
t. Behavioral observation for workers involved in the critical task, Monthly BBS meeting and spot checks and follow ups of action. Implementing TotalEnergies golden rule and complete implementation of "Our lives First" and Zero fatality initiatives ofsafety green light and Life safety checks for High risk activities.
u. Near miss and deviations and STOP card analysis and incident investigation.

w. Management of Downgraded conditions and RCA for identified equipment failures with maintenance team.
x. Preparing BCP(Business Continuity plan) and ensuring the safe operation of the plant.

z. Maintaining Emission and sustainability KPIs of the plant sending reports to Affiliate and conducting SRM (stakeholder relationship Management)audits as per group guidelines and SOCRAT (Societal Risk assessment) using Total's assessment tool.

Promotion of Safety Culture in the plant
a.
Implementing the HSE policy of the Oil Marketing Company and identifying unsafe act& condition and near miss reporting

Conduct monthly fire drill once in a month as per the scenario mentioned in ERDMP.
e.
The DMP drill (on site/off site) is being conducted half yearly & Bomb threat drill Quarterly by each plant in presence of District authorities/Bomb squad and mutual aid partners.

Carrying out random quality checking of cylinders.

AMC of fire engines/ Jockey pump/GMS sensors
h.
Calibration and testing of SRV/TSV/Gauges
4.
Reports:
a.
Timely submission of Monthly/ quarterly MIS to IOCL HQO
b.
Submitting Half yearly, annual statements to Factories dept, PCB, etc.,
c.
Submission of Half yearly environmental compliance report of EC and Environmental management cell report to MoEFCC.
5.
Legal compliance:
a.
Maintain the validity of licenses issued to the plant and ensure: All licenses (PESO, Factory, PCB, VHF, legal meteorology, prohibited area notification) renewal and liasoning with statutory authorities for renewing the same and ERDMP certification
b.
CEA authorizations for electrical installation are available and valid.
c.
Ensuring that the plant operation is in compliance with gas cylinder rules, 1981 under explosive act 1984, SMPV U rules 1981, Factories act, LPG Regulation & Supply act 1988, electrical installation under IE Rules 1987, water act 1974, air act 1976, EPA 1986, MSIHC Rules 1989
d.
Half yearly air, water /noise testing as per PCB norms

a.
Daily safety audit, quarterly SSA as per OISD 149, Yearly Self OISD 144 Audit, OISD external audit, CAP Audit, Yearly MDSA, Yearly MDT, Yearly electrical audit as per OISD 137, yearly security audit
